Ingredients
  • 1 cup Blueberries, frozen
  • ¼ cup Bananas, frozen
  • 3 Tbl Coconut Meat, dried, unsweetened
  • 1 cup Kale, frozen,
  • 2 tablespoons Collagen Protein Powder (unflavored)
  • ½ cup Kefir
  • ½ cup Fermented Coconut Water
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric root, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger root, chopped
  • ¼ cup Water
Instructions
  1. Chop ginger and turmeric into small pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
