Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (sub with avocado oil if you want even more avocado flavor)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • fresh ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice avocado in half, scoop out flesh and put into blender.
  2. Add all other ingredients to the blender with the avocado and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Enjoy!
