Chimichurri

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp each: salt, ground pepper, oregano, onion powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper
Instructions
  1. Coarse chop parsley leaves and supple stems (discard woody stems) and place into blender.
  2. Mince garlic.
  3. Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until the sauce is a smooth consistency.
