Golden Recovery Milk

- 1 C. milk of choice
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ⅛ tsp ground cardamom
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbl protein powder of choice (plain or vanilla work best)
- Option 1: Warm the milk in a small saucepan on the stove. Whisk in the spices and protein powder to preferred temperature.
- Option 2: If a cold drink is desired, place all ingredients into a jar with a lid and shake vigorously to incorporate.
