Golden Recovery Milk

Ingredients
  • 1 C. milk of choice
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ⅛ tsp ground cardamom
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbl protein powder of choice (plain or vanilla work best)
Instructions
  1. Option 1: Warm the milk in a small saucepan on the stove. Whisk in the spices and protein powder to preferred temperature.
  2. Option 2: If a cold drink is desired, place all ingredients into a jar with a lid and shake vigorously to incorporate.
