If you’ve found this page, you already know I’m Becca. My lifelong passions are food, movement, and health (both human & environmental). Helping people discover true nourishment and vibrant health are some of my greatest joys. I’m continually humbled, awed, and challenged by parenting my precocious three year old, Ella. As an introverted thinker, I thrive on quiet alone time and sharing enriching experiences with others, particularly, my partner, Joshua.
Recently, during a time of enormous tumult in my life — becoming a parent, work upheaval, and a dissolving marriage, I found minimalism. Interestingly, minimalism helped unite many of my long-standing beliefs related to nutrition, health, and living The Good Life.
I started Minimal Wellness to help people find, navigate, and enjoy the simple — but not easy — path to optimal health. Eliminating the “junk” (foods, advice, stuff, excuses, distractions) helps us focus on the critical components of wellness, enabling us to be healthier, happier, and more fulfilled.
