With clients, I emphasize functional nutrition — using whole and plant-based foods, and purposeful exercise as the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. My specialties include maternal and child nutrition, gastrointestinal issues (food allergies, intolerances, leaky gut, and IBS), and eating disorders.
Unlike many nutritionists or health coaches, I have a master’s in public health and a bachelor’s in dietetics. I’m an experienced, registered dietitian — I’ve been working as an RD in healthcare and hospitality for over a decade. Among my other specialties, I am trained and have been very successful helping clients with eating disorders and disordered eating-patterns recover and develop new, healthy relationships with food, exercise, and their bodies.
As a semi-single mother to a toddler, I love helping pregnant women and new
parents adjust to parenthood — I can help you feel your best and be able to provide nourishing foods to your family.
