The foundation of my services is non-dogmatic functional nutrition — a wholistic approach to health and healing. My integrative approach emphasizes whole foods, purposeful exercise, and quality sleep as the pillars of a healthy lifestyle. I’ve been a practicing minimalist for almost six years, and a simple living advocate for decades. As a mom, wife, divorcée, co-parent, small-business owner, truth seeker, and adventure lover, my life is full of experience to share and draw upon with my clients (who often become friends).
Unlike many nutritionists, health, or life coaches, I’m experienced and educated. I have been coaching clients as a registered dietitian for a decade and a half. With a master’s degree in public health, a bachelor’s degree in dietetics, and never-ending curiosity, you can be confident in my skill, expertise, and understanding. I’m fiercely independent but deeply loving and have lived a passionate and values driven life, not free of struggle or challenge — I’m exactly the kind of person most people want as a coach.
